Our returns policy
Your satisfaction is our priority!
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of your products, in accordance with the law.
- Return conditions :
- Products concerned : The right of return applies only to non-personalized products in their original, unused condition.
- Excluded products : Custom-made items, such as our personalized 3D prints, are not eligible for return (in accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code).
- How do I make a return?
- Contact us at sav@filgone.com within 14 days of receipt to inform us of your wish to return a product.
- Pack the product carefully to avoid any damage during transport.
- Return the package to the address we will give you. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
