What exactly is 3D printing?
To put it simply, it's sculpting in layers.
Unlike mass-produced industrial objects, each piece spends several hours on our machines and benefits from constant human attention.
What is PLA?
It is a material derived from plant resources (often corn starch) rather than petroleum. It is a robust, rigid, and odorless material.
We chose PLA made in France , to guarantee perfect traceability and a reduced carbon impact.
My item has small lines on it, is that normal?
Yes, that's the charm and signature of 3D printing.
These fine horizontal lines testify to the construction of the object layer by layer. This is a sign of artisanal, not industrial, production.
What is the difference between a "home" print and a Filgone accessory?
Owning a printer is one thing, mastering modeling and final rendering is another.
Drawing on our experience in computer graphics, we push our settings beyond the usual standards:
- Superior precision: Where many print quickly, we choose precision. For our detailed resources, we use 0.2mm nozzles, allowing for a level of detail not found in conventional prints.
- A "finished" look: We apply a thermal smoothing cycle to each flat surface to eliminate the rough appearance of the plastic.
- The expert's eye: Each model is optimized to avoid structural defects. We don't just print a file; we create a finished, solid, and aesthetically pleasing object, ready to join your collection.
Our Products & Accessories
Can I store my boxes vertically?
Yes. Our designs are engineered to keep the contents in place, even if the box is stored vertically or transported.
Is it easy to store my game with your inserts?
We often incorporate visual cues (engraved shapes or icons) so you instantly know where to store each resource.
Saving time on setup is our goal.
Are the accessories durable enough for frequent use?
Unlike foams, PLA is rigid and durable. We optimize the infill of each part so that it can withstand repeated handling throughout the game without any problems.
How do I clean and store my accessories?
A simple soft cloth slightly dampened with cold water is sufficient for cleaning.
PLA is sensitive to heat. Never leave your parts behind a window in the sun or in a car in summer, as they may warp above 50°C.
Delivery & Returns
How are the packages protected?
We minimize the use of plastic. We use kraft paper or recycled cardboard for cushioning.
Furthermore, as part of our waste reduction efforts, we reuse second-hand cardboard boxes for shipping whenever possible . A used cardboard box is one less piece of waste!
What should I do if a part arrives damaged?
Despite our best efforts, accidents can happen. Contact us immediately with a photo of the damage and we will find a solution to replace the affected part.
Where do you deliver your products?
We ship throughout mainland France and Europe.
For Angoulême, we prioritize hand delivery or bicycle delivery whenever possible to limit our footprint.
How can I find out the status of my package?
As soon as your order leaves the workshop, you will receive an email with a tracking number allowing you to follow its delivery to your home.

How much does it cost to design a custom insert?
The price depends on the complexity of the game and the modeling time.
A free quote is provided after our initial discussion, including research, 3D design, and validation testing.
When will I receive my offer?
We strive to respond to your quote requests as quickly as possible.
The manufacturing time will be communicated to you during our exchange, depending on the current workload in the workshop.
Can you print a file that I already have?
Yes.
