What type of file do I need to provide?

For direct printing, .STL or .OBJ format files are ideal.

If you don't have a 3D file, no worries: we can start from a dimensioned sketch or a precise idea to model your part from A to Z.
What materials do you use?

We primarily work with PLA (a bio-based plastic derived from corn starch), but we always adapt the material to the specific requirements of your project. Depending on the intended use (thermal resistance, flexibility, outdoor applications), we can advise you on the most suitable filament.
How much does a custom project cost?

The price depends on several factors: the complexity of the modeling (if we create it), the volume of material, and the printing time. Since each request is unique, we provide a personalized quote.
What are the manufacturing lead times?

Each bespoke project is unique and requires special attention.

  • For a print-only order (file provided by you): allow generally 3 to 10 working days for production and shipping.
  • For a complete project (including 3D modeling): the overall timeframe can be up to 21 working days depending on the complexity of the design and the validation phases.

A provisional schedule will be provided to you upon validation of your quote.
